Pharoah Fencing Limited is one of the largest commercial fencing contractors in the South East of England, primarily specialising in the commercial sector. Pharoah was using various Excel spreadsheets with no form of resource libraries to manage their estimating processes, they required a solution that would streamline their processes from the initial tender through to the completion of a job across all divisions of their company, from fencing, landscaping and groundworks. After going out to market Pharoah looked at Estimate as well as EValuate, after various software demonstrations and detailed conversations Pharoah chose EValuate construction estimating software as the software offered them everything they required and more to help their business become more efficient as well as offering them a modern advanced solution.

GK Engineering & Design are a structural and architectural steel fabrication company that have been trading since 2007. GK Engineering were struggling with lack of visibility across the divisions in their business, this was causing issues when purchasing materials and they needed to join up their processes and improve transparency across the business. Currently using Eque2’s Construct for Sage contract management software, EValuate was the perfect solution for them as the seamless integration ensured all departments were working from the same system meaning no mistakes could be made and it was clear how they were progressing with their projects. GK Engineering are confident that they can produce more tenders accurately helping them to win more work.
