Amspec add EValuate to manage the full project lifecycle

Amspec Ltd are a design and build company based in the North West providing commercial office refurbishment and fit out.

Currently using Eque2’s Construct for Sage Accounts solution Amspec required an estimating tool to work alongside this to help them manage their budgets and tendering processes effectively. When going out to market Amspec looked at various estimating software packages including Causeway, Conquest and EValuate.

Amspec opted to move forward with Eque2’s EValuate construction estimating software, they were impresses by the modern interface and the fact it integrated with their current Construct for Sage Accounts software, which would provide them with a fully integrated solution that would manage the full project lifecycle.

EValuate will offer Amspec the ability to manage their tenders effectively by allowing them to quickly and easily produce bills of quantities with content from previous jobs, their own libraries or build up’s from Laxton’s Priced Libraries. EValuate will also transfer budgets over to Construct for Sage Accounts which will remove previous manual processing, the solution will provide warning’s when they exceed budgets and allow them enter variations against the bill in the system.

EValuate will not only save Amspec time by replacing previous manual processes the software will also provide the business with greater insight as to where they are against their tenders and ongoing projects, improving reporting and efficiency across the business.
